These terms form an agreement between you and AIKO短剧 for access to AIKO短剧, its short dramas, player, accounts, and related services.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet applicable age requirements.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Content access
Content access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights. Any price, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms for a paid feature will be shown before purchase.
4. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with playback, overload or probe systems, scrape without permission, distribute malware, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The service, software, interface, brand materials, and audiovisual content belong to the operator or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service, no rights are granted.
6. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, licensing, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security threats, unlawful use, material breach, licensing restrictions, or other reasons permitted by law. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its providers are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes, disputes, and contact
Mandatory local law remains applicable. Material revisions receive an updated effective date.
